Today's set of Random photos

I took a few pictures yesterday of things around here, I am doing a lot more this summer than in previous years.

The latest pond picture. Still almost finished but definitely functional.

Growing corn worked out this year. I counted last night and I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-45 stalks growing.

Horse pasture, soo much easier to mow this year now that all the rocks are out.

And this little guy who was being stubborn and wouldn't turn around is Marley's colt Pepper. He was born early June and is getting big.

I have been trying to get one of these pictures for a while now. Every once in a while the chickens will come hang around the back deck, especially when they think you have food. Maggie or any one of the cats are around as well.  I took a shot of what looks like Maggie (aka zoom zoom) stalking one of the chickens but she won't get too close to them, they are slightly bigger than her.

She'll be going after them eventually, or not.
