While I am no expert myself there are a few things I have learned.
These are Thyme seeds and the stalk at the picture on the bottom grows at the top of the Thyme plant. You don't want to cut these off until the end of the growing season but when you do the seeds are fairly easy to get out. Simply rub each one of the flowers (not sure what they are called) between your fingers until the seeds drop out then separate the seeds from all the other plant matter before putting them in the pouch.
These are Dill Seeds.
And these are where the Peppermint seeds are found.
I store the seeds in these dark Mylar bags that have a zip closure at the top. Keeping the seeds out of the light and storing them in a cool place will help them last longer. I get these bags at mylarbagsdirect.com
And that does it. I am DONE with all the harvest from the garden for this year. Now where is the snow?
